How to manage the mails which continue increasing every day.
In Magellan Pro, mail is managed not only by the folder but by
the method called View.
View is the extract conditions that which mail a view displays
from all mails.
The following figure is a view setting window.
You can make numbers of Views with unique name.
Since the same mail can display with two or more views, required
mail is discoverable in seconds.
Setting conditions are also an easy thing of "Since last
week" or "Within a month."
For example, suppose that the view for "Within a week"
was created.
Displayed on this view when new mail is received every day, old
mail is no longer displayed automatically (since it stops being
the past one week).
You can create Any number of views with combining conditions
such as mail from Mr. JJ , while last 3 month...
