KidsServer allows licensee under the terms of agreement the following:
The software KidsServer and this manual (represented as "the
product", below) is registered as the property of MAKI Enterprise
Inc.. You can use the product on one computer only. Without the
written permission of MAKI Enterprise Inc., copying the entirety
or part of the product is strictly forbidden, except for ordinary
use of the software. The product has commercial secrets, and
it is prohibited to extract, transmit, or disclose in any way
or means at all, the secrets or intellectual property of MAKI.
To Copy or transmit also means translating to other language,
transferring to other media, changing of the form of the document
and analysis. This license agreement is effective till the disposal
of the product. As soon as the licensee violates the conditional
and intent of this agreement, the license it will be and is revoked
without notification. You may also dispose of the license by
destroying the product. MAKI Enterprise Inc. doesn't assure the
specified or unspecified ability and quality, and doesn't give
any information about the use and the character of the product,
having no concern to the way of use. The product is ship with
'as is' specification and ability, all the responsibility concerning
product's quality, specification, and ability is on the licensee.
MAKI Enterprise Inc. has no responsibility as to the result from
using the product, in any reason or case. Also, MAKI Enterprise
Inc. has no responsibility to the expense or results that come
from using the product, or any product defect. MAKI Enterprise
Inc., marketing company of MAKI Enterprise Inc. and employees
cannot modify, add or interpret or add to the limitation of responsibility,
as stated in this agreement.
