It seems that you have failed in installation or wrong proxy settings. Please check the followings. 1. Do you using other proxy services such as pop filter, spam filter or virus filter? If so, please check your port number conflict. KidsGoGoGo use the default port number "8080" and it it conflict to others, please change the port number. 2. Please check your proxy settings. (It will setup automatically by installer) Here is the details about manual settings. 3. How can I check the proxy is working or not? If the proxy is installed well, you can check it by following steps. Open Console program that located in Utility folder in Applications folder. While you using the browser, you can monitor the KGGGProxy in Console program. 4. If you using Netscape/FireFox/Mozilla, you need the proxy setting of browser. Please check the user's manual for details. |
