	Frequently asked questions.
	Never receive the Serial Number yet I forgot the password. Uninstall the Kids GoGoGo We want extend the trial period for decision to purchase. Cannot install. Doesn't start automatically Changes doesn't reflects. Filtering delayed Trouble with user switching Serial number cannot accepted.

	Never receive the Serial Number yet
	We sent the serial number to the e-mail address that you specified in your purchase. Usually, you will receive it within 24 hours from your purchase. If you never receive it, please check your spam filter first. Most of deliver trouble is spam filter settings. Without change the settings, our second mail won't reach to you.

	Kids GoGoGo block the most of sites. (Classic & OS X)
	Trouble with settings. If you choose "Kids sites only" and select adult sites database, most of normal sites are blocked. For block the harmful sites, choose "Stop Harmful sites" and select adult sites database.

	Kids GoGoGo do nothing blocked. (Classic & OS X)
	Trouble with settings. If you choose "Stop Harmful sites" and select kids sites database, most of harmful sites are not blocked. For block the harmful sites, choose "Stop Harmful sites" and select adult sites database.

	After settings done, Kids GoGoGo seems not effective. (OS X)
	It seems trouble with installation. Last part of installation, you will get "restart" button. If not, try to install again.

When starts Kids GoGoGo, most of buttons are dimmed. (OS X)

If you install the Kids GoGoGo as user privilege, Kids GoGoGo does not accept to change. Please log in as administrator and install again. KidsGoGoGo will dimmed out when you have not enough permissions to write to preferences file. General program use the user root preferences to save the data however KidsGoGoGo use system root preferences to supporting multiuser. If you log in as administrator but still dimmed out, Please check the followings. (OS X 10.2 or later only) Select the Preferences folder in Library folder and type command key + "I" (Get info) The information window will shown and please check the "Ownership & Permissions." If your permission is not same as the capture, you have not enough permissions. This kinds of trouble cause by system. In this case, you can try to fix this: 1. Launch Disk Utility in Application folder and fix permissions. 2. Fix the Permissions by manually in Information window.   If you still have trouble, you can fix them by manually. 	Can not register the Kids GoGoGo. (Classic & OS X)
	If your serial is for Classic version, it can not use for OS X. Please consider the our add license program to use OS X version.

	My site is blocked.
	Add your site in "Exclusion URL" in option settings.

	I forgot the password.
	When you lost or forget your password, please mail us your serial number and support number to recieve the today's password.

	We want extend the trial period for decision to purchase.
	Please let us know the details of your plan. Depends on quantities, we can prepare the extended version.

	My browser freeze sometimes. (Mac OS 8.6)
	If you are using Kids GoGoGo under Mac OS 8.6, please check your Extensions and Control panel programs. Some older version of Inits will conflict to Kids GoGoGo.

I sent you the mail about Kids GoGoGo but no reply

Please use support template. For quick response, we need minimum information such as Kids GoGoGo version, Classic or OS X, your computer model, etc., Without above information, reply will delays few days or more. Simplest way, use support template. Please note: Technical support will available only for registered users. When you mail us, please do not attach the file. We do not receive the attached mail basically. If your mail has attached file, it will not reach to us.

	I try to exclude the URL but it does not work.
	Exclude the URL using the simple pattern matching. Even small different, it seems does not work. We recommend to use import from Browser instead of typing. When import from Browser, Kids GoGoGo do the everything needed automatically.

	How can I Uninstall the Kids GoGoGo after trial.

	After install the KidsGoGoGo, I cannot use my network.
	Please check your proxy settings in network system preferences. This site has screen shots for your settings.

	After install the KidsGoGoGo, alert box shown and I cannot use my network.
	The window followings are shown and cannot use the network. In case this, you have already use the another proxy services such as pop-up blocker, spam filter or virus filter etc., and the port number is conflicted. If you encounter this kind of trouble, you can change the port number of KidsGoGoGo or other proxy program. For details, please refer the user's manual.

	KidsGoGoGo does not accept my serial number.
	Please check the matches to your serial number and KidsGoGoGo version. Your serial No. start with KGX No longer work. We had stop the database services for this version in August 2005. KXT Works for KidsGoGoGo version 8.9 or older. KXP Works for KidsGoGoGo version 10.6 or older. To use the latest version, please consider the update of KidsGoGoGo. (not free update)

	All accounts are not list in the user name pop-up menu
	If you are using "FileVault", accounts name won't in the list. Please make sure the "FileVault" system preferences to OFF. FileVault is used to mask the users accounts.
