Fix OSX permission trouble.

Are you log in as administrator?

Please log in to a computer as a "admin" user.
If you are not sure, please check the "Accounts" or "Users" in system preferences who are admin.
If you log in as user instead of admin, you cannot process the installation.

Note:Please "Do not use FastUserSwitch" to flip to admin. It is a switch to users but not a log in.

I am administrator, but cannot install.

1 Please check the KidsGoGoGo file is yours?

Case 1
Are you log in as administrator before start install the KidsGoGoGo.

Case 2
Did you download the KidsGoGoGo file with permission right?

Case 3
If you copy KidsGoGoGo from the different drive, please check the permission right.

If you are not sure about permissions, please log in as administrator and download it again.

2 Where is the KidsGoGoGo?

Is KidsGoGoGo folder in Applications folder?
If your copy of KidsGoGoGo is located user root folder, it will cause trouble.

3 The permission is right ?

I'm admin but still cannot install.
Doesn't start automatically.
Changes will not reflect.
Almost buttons are dimmed.
Can't register.
I logged in as Admin but KidsGoGoGo window title indicate as I am User.

If you have trouble one of above, you have OSX's permissions trouble.

In this case, please try the followings.

1. Please make sure that Log in as Administrator. (Don't use FastUserSwitch - just log in)
2. Run the "KidsInstallCheck" program in "If you have trouble..." folder.
3. Open Preferences folder in Library folder in your OSX system hard disk.
Find the "zlockpref" file in Preferences folder and trash it.
4. Install the KidsGoGoGo again.

If you still have trouble, please visit the sites followings to fix permissions manually.
