We accept the upgrade for the serial number start with "KX" only.
If your serial number is not, we sorry but cannot accept updates or add licenses.

Please try to update as usual.
If it show the expired message, please use your current serial for 14 days trial.

My old KidsGoGoGo serial number work for 11.0?

No. Please consider the update.

I had update to 11.0 but want to back to 10.6

First, Uninstall the version 11.0. (Uninstall is in File menu in KidsGoGoGo)
Please download the version 10.6 and install it.
Your old serial can be use.
