1	The permission is right ?
	This trouble mostly happened when you had update the OSX. First, please try this. Use the "Disk utility" program to fix the permission. (Disk utility is in your Utility folder in Applications folder) 1. Launch "Disk utility" program. 2. Select "First Aid" tab. 3. Choose OSX drive and Click "Repair Disk permissions." 4. After above, install the KidsGoGoGo again. If you cannot found the "Disk utility" then... 1. Boot from OS 9. 2. Run "Disk first Aid" program and fix the OS X drive. If you still have trouble, please read the apple's official documents below. Fix privilege Fix folder lock
2	Fix permissions by manual
	1. Select "Library" folder. (System root) 2. Open "Get info" window for Library folder. (command-I) <Refer the screen shot below> 3. Check the Ownership & Permissions. In Details, Group should be read as; Group Access "admin" "Read & Write" If not, fix it as followings. 1. Unlock and change the Owner to yourself. (login user) 2. Change the Access of Group to "Read & Write" 3. Change the Owner to "system" (Undo the owner) Next, select "Preferences" folder in Library folder. (System root) Open "Get info" window for Preferences folder. (command-I) In Details, Group should be read as; Group Access "admin" "Read & Write" Check and fix as above if needed. At Last, select "AppeService" folder in Library folder. Open "Get info" window for AppeService folder. (command-I) In Details, Owner should be yourself. (admin) Check and fix as above if needed. Finally, Click "Apply to enclosed items" button. After above steps, please install the KidsGoGoGo again. If your OSX is 10.28 or older, please try the BatChmod.
