Fix Preferences folder
Steps to fix

Choose the Preferences folder in a startup disk.

(Preferences folder is located in Library folder)

Choose the "Get Info" from File Menu of Finder.

Ownership and the permissions should be changed to "read & write."
If it is impossible, please change in the following steps.

Step 1:
The owner in detailed information should be changed to an admin name. ("maki" is chosen in figure)

If you cannot choose a pop up menu, please click a lock icon.(You need the password for Admin)

Step 2:
Ownership and the permissions should be changed to "read & write."

Step 3:
The owner in detailed information should be changed to a System. (It will back to before)

Please make sure that Ownership and the permissions should be read to "read & write."

After well changes, click the "Apply to enclosed items" button.

Please close the window when you well done.
